Privacy settings are recommended.<\/li>\n<li>Start of application date: <strong>Aug\u00a015, 2015<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>End of application date: <strong>Sep\u00a014, 2015<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>COMPETITION<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Before the competition, contestants are to submit stage performance details.<\/li>\n<li>Competition date: <strong>Sep 27, 2014<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The winner will continue to compete in the ARCC Regional Competition held in Singapore in November 2015.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Rules for ARCC Indonesia Contestants<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>MAIN RULES<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Restricted to Japanese intellectual property including, but not limited to : anime\/ manga, game, novels &amp; live-action.<\/li>\n<li>Characters in the team must be from the same intellectual property.<\/li>\n<li>Participants are to provide the title of the intellectual property, plus the name and picture of the character they are cosplaying.<\/li>\n<li>Original, generic, dojinshi and self-modified characters from media of Japanese origin are not eligible.<\/li>\n<li>Each participation entry must have a proper team\/performance name.<\/li>\n<li>Each contestants is represented by a team of two cosplayers.<\/li>\n<li>Competition is open to those residing Indonesia only.<\/li>\n<li>Participants under the age of 17 will require consent from a parent or guardian to enter the tournament.<\/li>\n<li>Each team is allowed to have 2 helpers.<\/li>\n<li>AFA reserves the right to use images, video clips of participant\u2019s cosplay and performances prior and after the tournament.<\/li>\n<li>No confetti, powder, liquid or any other props that will be difficult and takes time to clean up<\/li>\n<li>Video format for submission during ARCC ID preliminary is STRICTLY .mp4 only. The recommended conversion software is Handbrake. Conversion services will not be provided.<\/li>\n<li>The only rehearsal date available is Sep 24, 2015. It is the contestants own responsibility to attend this rehearsal as no other times will be provided on stage.<\/li>\n<li>Access to AFAID2015 event grounds and competition related areas during the event will only be made available on Sep 27, 2015.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>SCORING SYSTEM (Judging details and prerequisites)<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Pre-selection<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Participants will be judged based on 30 second video of draft performance. * Digitally edited photos will bear a score-penalty determined by a case-to-case basis. Wearing at least 50% of costume in video is required<\/li>\n<li>The AFA Cosplay Committee reserves the right not to publish cosplayers as participants on the organiser website if they have failed to provide the relevant and\/or necessary information required for registration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Video Pre-selection criteria<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Costume Workmanship \u2013 40%<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Draft Performance \u2013 60%<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Regional Cosplay Championship Preliminary criteria<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Costume accuracy \u2013 25%<\/strong> Reference pictures provided by the finalists will be compared with the cosplay photos back stage before the performances.<\/li>\n<li><strong>In character \u2013 15%<\/strong> Character write-up and other media provided by the finalists will be compared with the finalist\u2019s character acting.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Performance \u2013 40%<\/strong> The finalist will be judged on the stage directions, movement, and entertainment value of the performance piece. Entertainment value will take up 30% of the performance score. Technical directions will take up 10% of performance score.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Costume workmanship \u2013 20% <\/strong>The quality of the costume will be reviewed backstage before the performance. \u2022 For commissioned costume(s), the participating group will have to bear a 5% score-handicap. \u2022 For purchased costume(s), the participating group will have to bear a 10% score-handicap.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><strong>Contestant\u2019s Responsibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>All information furnished by the contestant to the organiser should be truthful to the best of knowledge of the contestant.<\/li>\n<li>Contestant is responsible for condition of his\/her costume at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Contestant should voice any difficulties to the AFA Cosplay Committee prior to the Championship.<\/li>\n<li>Contestant backing out of the Championship has to give official notice to the organiser at least 1 week prior to the Championship.<\/li>\n<li>Contestant is responsible for the condition of any music or video to be played during his\/her performance.<\/li>\n<li>Contestant should remain contactable during any reasonable time before the Championship. ATURAN DASAR <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Terbatas pada karakter Jepang, yang berasal dari anime\/ manga, game, novel &amp; live-action.<\/li>\n<li>Karakter yang dipilih oleh tim peserta harus berasal dari judul dan asal yang sama.<\/li>\n<li>Peserta wajib memberikan judul, nama dan gambar referensi karakter yang dipilih untuk mengikuti kompetisi.<\/li>\n<li>Dilarang untuk menggunakan karakter yang tidak karya asli\/ hasil modifikasi\/ fan art\/ dojinshi dan juga yang buatan sendiri.<\/li>\n<li>Setiap peserta harus memiliki nama tim yang sopan.<\/li>\n<li>Setiap tim peserta wajib terdiri dari dua orang cosplayer.<\/li>\n<li>Setiap tim diperbolehkan untuk dibantu 2 asisten.<\/li>\n<li>Kompetisi ini terbuka untuk mereka yang tinggal tetap di Indonesia saja.<\/li>\n<li>Peserta di bawah usia 17 tahun membutuhkan surat persetujuan dari orang tua atau wali untuk mengikuti kompetisi.<\/li>\n<li>AFA berhak untuk menggunakan gambar, klip video dari peserta dan pertunjukan sebelum dan setelah kompetisi.<\/li>\n<li>Dilarang menggunakan confetti, bubuk, cairan atau alat peraga lainnya yang sulit dan memakan waktu lama untuk dibersihkan<\/li>\n<li>Format Video untuk kompetisi ARCC ID adalah Mp4 saja. Aplikasi konversi yang disarankan adalah \u2018Handbrake\u2019. Panitia tidak menyediakan jasa konversi video. Peserta wajib mempersiapkannya sendiri.<\/li>\n<li>Satu-satunya tanggal latihan Gladi Resik yang tersedia adalah 24 September\u00a02015. Setiap peserta memiliki tanggung jawab untuk menghadiri latihan ini karena tidak ada waktu lain yang akan disediakan di luar tanggal tersebut.<\/li>\n<li>Akses ke AFAID 2015 baik di area acara umum dan area yang berkaitan dengan kompetisi hanya akan tersedia pada 27 <span id=\"result_box\" class=\"short_text\" lang=\"id\"><span class=\"hps\">September<\/span><\/span> 2015.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. SISTEM PENILAIAN <\/strong> I. Audisi Peserta akan dinilai berdasarkan Video Audisi 30 detik yang berisi rekaman penampilan kasar * Video yang diedit dan diberi efek khusus akan mendapatkan pinalti nilai yang ditentukan oleh dasar kasus demi kasus. Minimal memakai 50% dari kostum di video yang diperlukan Panitia berhak untuk tidak mempublikasikan tim yang tidak lolos menjadi peserta di situs dan facebook AFA jika mereka telah gagal untuk menyediakan informasi yang relevan dan \/ atau yang diperlukan untuk pendaftaran. <strong>Kriteria Video Audisi<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Kostum Pengerjaan \u2013 40% (dipakai)<\/li>\n<li>Penampilan kasar \u2013 60%<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>II. Kriteria Penilaian Kompetisi Akurasi Kostum \u2013 25% Gambar referensi yang diberikan oleh para finalis akan dibandingkan dengan foto-foto peserta di area belakang panggung sebelum pertunjukan oleh dewan juri. Pendalaman karakter \u2013 15% Informasi tertulis dan media lain mengenai karakter yang diperankan dan latar belakang cerita yang disediakan oleh para finalis akan dibandingkan dengan akting para finalis. Penampilan Panggung \u2013 40% Penampilan para finalis akan dinilai mulai dari penguasaan panggung, gerakan, dan nilai hiburan. Nilai hiburan akan mengambil 30% dari skor penampilan. Nilai teknis akan diambil 10% dari skor penampilan. Pengerjaan Costume \u2013 20% Kualitas kostum akan ditinjau di belakang panggung sebelum pertunjukan.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Jika dibantu dibuatkan oleh orang lain, nilai akan dikurangi 5%<\/li>\n<li>Jika membeli barang jadi, nilai akan dikurangi 10%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tanggung Jawab Peserta<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Semua informasi yang diberikan oleh peserta kepada panitia adalah jujur dan yang terbaik<\/li>\n<li>Peserta bertanggung jawab atas kondisi \/ nya kostumnya setiap saat.<\/li>\n<li>Peserta wajib menyuarakan kesulitan kepada panitia AFA Cosplay sebelum perlombaan.<\/li>\n<li>Peserta yang mundur dari perlombaan wajib memberikan pemberitahuan resmi kepada penyelenggara minimal 1 minggu sebelum perlombaan.<\/li>\n<li>Peserta bertanggung jawab atas kondisi apapun musik atau video yang akan dimainkan dalam perlombaan.<\/li>\n<li>Peserta wajib tetap dapat dihubungi selama waktu yang wajar sebelum perlombaan.
