Rules & Regulations<\/strong><\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Each participant will have 20mins to finish a drawing of a set theme. If the drawing is not finished, the judges will make a scoring based on what is already completed.\n<\/li>\n
  2. The theme of the illustration for each round would be given randomly and is based on lottery that will be drawn before each round.\n<\/li>\n
  3. Evaluation Criteria : Completion of the illustration, idea & concept, technique.\n<\/li>\n
  4. All participants have to draw using the provided tools (Wacom)\n<\/li>\n
  5. Only the winning illustrator would advance to the next round\n<\/li>\n
  6. All decisions from the judges and organizers are final. Results are to the judges and organizer’s discretion.\n<\/li>\n
  7. Draw Time on stage – 20 Minutes\n<\/li>\n
  8. Participants must be able to go to C3AFA Jakarta in Friday and Saturday for the Preliminary Round. Only the top finalists needs to be present in Sunday<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Semua partisipan harus dapat menyelesaikan karyanya dalam waktu yang diberikan (20 menit). Saat waktu habis, selesai atau tidak juri akan menilai ilustrasi yang ada di waktu tersebut.\n<\/li>\n
    2. Tema dari ilustrasi yang harus digambar akan diungkap tiap awal ronde dari hasil undian yang akan diadakan sebelum ronde dimulai.\n<\/li>\n
    3. Kriteria penilaian: Penyelesaian ilustrasi, ide dan konsep, teknik\n<\/li>\n
    4. Semua partisipan diharuskan menggambar menggunakan peralatan yang disediakan (Wacom)\n<\/li>\n
    5. Hanya pemenang ronde tersebut yang akan maju ke babak selanjutnya.\n<\/li>\n
    6. Semua keputusan juri dan organizer adalah final dan tidak bisa diganggugugat.\n<\/li>\n
    7. Waktu menggambar – 20 Menit\n<\/li>\n
    8. Peserta yang terpilih harus dapat hadir di C3AFA Jakarta di hari Jumat dan Sabtu untuk mengikuti babak penyisihan. Hanya 2 finalis akhir yang harus hadir di Hari Minggu
