Please understand our guidelines for a pleasant experience at C3AFA Jakarta 2017 this year!<\/p>\n<p><b>Definitions:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Event staff shall be defined as a person who is working in the employ of C3 Anime Festival Asia 2018. This includes, but not limited to, marshals, photographers, and security. Exhibitors are not event staff but may instruct you within and around the areas of their booth.<\/li>\n<li>Attendee(s) shall be defined as any person within the event area of C3 Anime Festival Asia 2018. This includes, but not limited to, exhibitors, cosplayers, photographers, and members of the public.<\/li>\n<li>Event area shall be defined as the within the exhibition, stage and concert areas of C3 Anime Festival Asia 2018. Any area outside of this is not part of the event area. However, we ask that attendees remain mindful of these guidelines outside of the event area as well.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_2&#8243;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;3.1.1&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\">Panduan Pengunjung C3AFA Jakarta 2018<\/h1>\n<p>Dikarenakan diperketatnya isu keamanan di daerah ini, dan juga masalah lain, kami harus memberlakukan aturan dan kebijakan untuk menghadiri event ini. Mohon panduan ini untuk dibaca dan dimengerti agar C3AFA Jakarta 2018 ini dapat berjalan lancar dan menyenangkan!<\/p>\n<p><b>Pengertian:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Staf event diartikan sebagai orang yang bekerja di C3 Anime Festival Asia 2018. Termasuk, tapi tidak terbatas pada, marshal, fotografer, dan sekuriti. Plain water in water tumblers is allowed.<\/li>\n<li>No smoking is allowed at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Running and shoving is prohibited at all times.<\/li>\n<li>By entering the event area, attendees hereby give consent to having your likeness taken in video or photo and\/or published by attending media.<\/li>\n<li>There is no guarantee that guests will receive fan gifts. Ticketing<br \/>\nTiket<\/h1>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_3&#8243;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;3.1.1&#8243;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Admission into the Exhibition, Main Stage and Concert areas are only by wristbands.\n<li>Children under the height of 90cm can enter the Exhibition and Main Stage area, (not inclusive of the concert are) free if accompanied by 1 paying adult.<\/li>\n<li>Entry into the Exhibition and Main Stage area uses wristbands.<\/li>\n<li>Entry into the concert uses wristbands. These wristbands can only be redeemed at the event by showing an e-ticket (by print-out or on mobile phone) or a physical ticket, at a designated counter.<\/li>\n<li>Please note that wristbands are to be worn on the wrist tightly before entry into the exhibition area, stage area or concert area. Entry will be refused if wristbands are not worn before entry. Entry will also be refused if wristbands are worn loosely and can be slipped off easily.<\/li>\n<li>Please only purchase official tickets from our ticketing agents listed on our website and official ticketing box counters. If found with an unofficial (e.g fake) ticket, you will not be allowed entry in to the event.<\/li>\n<li>Ticket scalping and illegal sales of other merchandise (without a paid booth) is prohibited.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_3&#8243;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;3.1.1&#8243;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Untuk bisa masuk ke area Eksibisi, Main Stage dan Konser harus dengan menunjukkan gelang\n<li>Anak-anak dengan tinggi dibawah 90cm dapat memasuki area eksibisi dan Main Stage (kecuali konser) gratis dengan ditemani satu orang dewasa dengan tiket<\/li>\n<li>Akses masuk ke area Eksibisi dan Main Stage menggunakan gelang<\/li>\n<li>Akses masuk ke konser menggunakan gelang. Gelang ini hanya dapat ditukar di event dengan menunjukkan e-tiket (di-print atau ditunjukan via HP) atau dengan tiket fisik, di konter yang ditunjuk<\/li>\n<li>Mohon diingat bahwa gelang harus dipakai di pergelangan tangan dengan cukup erat sebelum memasuki area eksibisi, stage atau konser. Anda tidak boleh masuk jika gelang tidak dipakai sebelum masuk area. Anda juga akan dilarang masuk jika gelang dipakai dengan longgar atau dapat dilepas dengan mudah<\/li>\n<li>Mohon untuk hanya membeli tiket resmi di agen tiket yang tertulis di website kami dan juga konter tiket resmi. Bags<br \/>\nTas dan Bawaan<\/h1>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_3&#8243;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;3.1.1&#8243;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bag checks will be conducted when entering the Exhibition, Main Stage and Concert areas. There will be counters at the entrances of these areas for checks to be conducted. For faster clearance, have your bags opened and ready to be checked before it is your turn.<\/li>\n<li>Any bag larger than a shoe bag (dimensions of 35 cm x 20 cm by 20cm) will have to be opened up and checked visually.<\/li>\n<li>If attendees do not have anything larger than a shoe bag, they may go through the express lane. Visual inspections of the contents will still be made for any bag carried in the express lane.<\/li>\n<li>The event staff reserves the right to have you moved to the bag queue for checks at their discretion.<\/li>\n<li>At no time should any bag be left unattended. At all times, there should be another attendee looking after the bag.<\/li>\n<li>The event staff reserve the right to remove any attendees\u2019 bags left unattended. Staff will engage unattended bags by asking three times. If no answer is given after the third, the bags will be removed. Unattended bags will have to be collected at the show management office. You will need to purchase a ticket to access the show management office. Any bags still in the possession of the event staff at the end of the event will be disposed of.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_3&#8243;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;3.1.1&#8243;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pengecekan tas akan diadakan saat memasuki area Eksibisi, Main Stage dan Konser. Akan ada konter di pintu masuk dimana pengecekan akan dilakukan. Untuk proses yang lebih cepat, mohon buka tas anda agar siap untuk di cek sebelum memasuki giliran anda<\/li>\n<li>Tas yang lebih besar dari tas sepatu (dimensi 35cm x 20cm x 20cm) akan dibuka dan dicek secara visual<\/li>\n<li>Jika pengunjung tidak membawa bawaan lebih besar dari tas sepatu, pengunjung boleh masuk melalui pintu ekspress. Pengecekan visual dari isi bawaan yang masuk melalui jalur ekspress tetap akan dilakukan<\/li>\n<li>Staf event berhak untuk memindahkan anda ke antrian tas bawaan untuk pengecekan lebih lanjut<br \/>\nMohon untuk tidak meninggalkan bawaan tanpa pengawasan sepanjang waktu. Dimohon untuk menjaga bawaan anda<\/li>\n<li>Staf event berhak untuk menyingkirkan bawaan yang tidak dijaga. Staf akan mengecek bawaan yang tidak dijaga tiga kali. Jika tidak ada jawaban dari yang bersengkutan setelah itu, bawaan tersebut akan disingkirkan. Bawaan tersebut dapat diambil di kantor organizer. Anda harus memiliki tiket untuk dapat menuju kantor organizer. Concert<br \/>\nKonser <\/h1>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_3&#8243;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;3.1.1&#8243;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>VIP concert tickets are based on reserved seating. GA concert tickets and packages are based on free-standing and guests are admitted on a first come first served basis.<\/li>\n<li>Entry to the concert for those under the age of 12 is not allowed, unless accompanied by an adult. Both will require a ticket to enter the concert. Adults and children 12 years old and above will each require a ticket for admission into the concert.<\/li>\n<li>VIP attendees are asked to remain at their designated seats at all times during the concert. Standing in the aisle in the concert is not allowed. Continued failure to adhere to this rule will result in removal from the event without refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_3&#8243;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;3.1.1&#8243;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Penempatan kursi tiket konser VIP sudah ditentukan. Penempatan tiket konser GA dan paket adalah free-standing dan pengunjung dapat menempati posisi yang ada<\/li>\n<li>Bagi yang berumur diabwah 12 tahun dilarang memasuki konser, kecuali ditemani oleh orang dewasa. Dua-duanya memerlukan tiket untuk dapat masuk. Orang dewasa dan anak-anak dibawah 12 tahun memerlukan tiket masing-masing untuk dapat memasuki konser<\/li>\n<li>Penonton di area VIP diminta agar dapat tetap berada di area kursi yang ditentukan sepanjang waktu konser. Berdiri di lorong di dalam konser tidak diperbolehkan. Please make an indication or feature on the costume that would indicate that it is a costume and not a real uniform. This also applies to any costumes that are from, but not limited to, anime, games and manga.<\/li>\n<li>If the attendee\u2019s costume consists of a feature that conceals facial features, they may be asked to remove the feature at any time. Only take them out once you are in the event area.<\/li>\n<li>Anything that is able to discharge a projectile should be made safe. This include functional bows and crossbows with tensioned strings. Nerf guns should be unloaded and\/or batteries removed.<br \/>\nReplica metal edged weapons (e.g. swords, daggers, thrown weapons) of any length are not allowed at the event, even if the cutting edges are blunt.<\/li>\n<li>All replica firearms are required to have their muzzle tips coloured in orange.<\/li>\n<li>Spot checks of replica weapons will be made and cleared weapons will be marked with a coloured cable tie specific for each day.<\/li>\n<li>When walking around with replica weapons, please do not carry them in an aggressive manner, e.g. shouldering rifles, fingers inside trigger guards, swords raised, etc. If possible, carry firearms with your fingers away from the trigger and pointed downwards, and weapons sheathed.<br \/>\nIf attendees wish to present their weapon aggressively, we ask that they only do so when posing for a photo.<\/li>\n<li>When attendees are leaving the event area, they are reminded to keep the replica weapons for transport.
