FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

• When will I Love Anisong tickets go on sale?
  Early bird 3 day VIP packages will go on sale on the 14 Sep 2013 (Sat) at the EventCliQue website at 12pm and end on 28 Sep 2013 (Sat) at 11am.
  
  Normal 3 VIP packages, 1 day VIP tickets, 3 day Standard packages, 1 day Standard, 3 day Basic Packages and 1 day Basic tickets will go on sale on 28 Sep 2013 (Sat) at the EventCliQue website at 12pm.
• How can I buy "I Love Anisong" concert tickets?
  You can buy the tickets on the EventCliQue website. Please note each transaction is limited to a maximum of nine packages or 27 tickets.
• How can I pay for my tickets on the EventCliQue website?
  Payment can be made through VISA and Mastercard credit and debit cards online.
• I'm a foreigner, how can I purchase the concert tickets?
  Tickets may be bought, both online or at the venue. You can print out the e-tickets at home before making your way to Singapore. Please note that tickets at the venue are subject to availability.
• Can I pay cash for the "I Love Anisong" concert ticket(s)?
  On 14 Sep 2013 (Sat) and 15 Sep 2013 (Sun), you can purchase tickets from the EventCliQue office. Opening hours are 12pm to 6pm on 14 Sep 2013 (Sat) and 10 am to 6pm on 15 Sep 2013 (Sun). The EventCliQue office will be open on weekdays, from 9am to 6pm, from Mondays to Fridays for ticket sales.
  
  From 21 Sep 2013 (Sat), counter sales will begin at EventCliQue's counter in Chinatown Point and Actually Shop in 313@Somerset. The EventCliQue office will NOT be open on weekends from 16 Sep 2013 (Mon) onwards.
• Can I pay any other way for the "I Love Anisong" concert ticket(s)?
  Please contact the EventCliQue main office directly via e-mail or phone to check for additional payment methods. Contact details can be found at the bottom of the page.
• What are the ticketing charges for the tickets?
  There will be a single, additional $6 ticketing charge for each 3 day package purchased and a single, additional $3 for each 1 day ticket purchased.
• How can I collect my "I Love Anisong" Concert ticket(s) if I purchased them online?
  For 2013, we are issuing Print-at-Home e-tickets. Your tickets will be emailed directly to your eventCliQue account registered email address for you to print out. Each ticket is on one A4 size page. The total number of tickets bought per transaction will be sent in ONE PDF file attachment (with multiple pages for 2 or more tickets). Please note that 3-Day VIP, Standard and Basic packages consist of 3 individual tickets, one for each day. The tickets are individually colour coded. Please treat these e-tickets and PDFs as though they are real tickets and confidential information.
• Do I have to register an account of EventCliQue's site to purchase the tickets?
  Yes, you will have register an account on EventCliQue's site to purchase the tickets and you must be logged in to make a purchase.
  
  This account will also keep a record of your transaction and allow you to retrieve your tickets at any time, should the e-mail containing the ticket(s) PDF be accidentally deleted.
• What is the period of time in which I must complete the transaction?
  Each transaction is only valid for 15 minutes and your seats or tickets will only be held during this period of time. After which, the system will release the seats back into the system. Please complete your entire transaction during that period of time.
• How will seats be assigned for VIP Packages and tickets?
  Reserved Seating (allocated seat row/number) for VIP tier and Free Standing for Standard / Basic tiers. All VIP seats are system generated Best Available, the system will only automatically assign the best available seats at the point in time the tickets are added into the order. You will not be able to select your own seats. Please do not open multiple browsers to secure the seats.
• What if I have lost my e-ticket(s) or suspect that my e-mail has been compromised?
  You may access and print out your e-tickets online by logging in to your eventClique account by clicking on “My Account” on the AFA ticketing site. It is your responsibility to safeguard your own purchase. Each ticket contains a unique barcode that can only be used by one person. Admission will be granted for the first scan of a valid e-Ticket at the entrance.
  
• How do I enter the concerts with my e-tickets?
  You will have to present a PHYSICAL print out of your ticket at the entrance and they will be scanned upon entry for verification. Please make sure your print out is at least of A5 size and above to ensure that they can be properly scanned.
  
  Please note that scanning of e-mails on mobile devices will not be accepted under any circumstances. Only physical print outs will be accepted.
• Where will the collection point at the venue be and what are the opening hours?
  As we are using e-tickets, there will be no ticket collection counters setup at the venue.
• What sort of ticketing plan is being used for "I Love Anisong" concerts?
  The "I Love Anisong" concerts are based on reserved seating for VIP tier and free standing for Standard and Basic tiers. As early bird and normal sales VIP packages consist of three VIP tickets, they are all based on reserved seating.
• Where can I collect my Exhibition+Stage ticket and light stick?
  This information will be updated as the event draws closer.
• Do I need to show anything to redeem the Exhibition+Stage ticket and lightstick?
  Please note that redemption of these items are now by order basis, rather than individual ticket or package basis. Eg, If your order consists of six packages, all six packages will have to be redeemed at that same time. In order to redeem the Exhibition+Stage ticket and lightstick(s), you will be required to present all your tickets in the order, as well as a photo ID. The name, IC and mobile number of the person making the redemption will be recorded for verification purposes. If a person other than the original purchaser is making the redemption, the person is required to present his own photo ID, all the tickets, a letter of authorization from the original purchaser and a photocopy of the original purchaser photo ID. His/her name, IC and mobile number will be likewise recorded.
• Is there any deadline in purchasing "I Love Anisong" concert ticket(s)?
  The deadline for online sales will be updated at later time.
• Will there be any on-site ticket sales for "I Love Anisong" ticket(s) on the day itself?
  This information will be updated as the event draws closer. However, seats are subject to availability.
• What payment method can I choose for on-site ticket purchase?
  This information will be updated as the event draws closer.
• What time will the concerts start?
  The doors for entry to the concert and the start time of the concerts on all three days are as follows:

• Am I allowed to take pictures or record videos during the concert?
  All recording devices, inclusive of sound and visuals, are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove those caught doing so from the hall without refund.
• I have booked "I Love Anisong" concert ticket(s) outside of Singapore, can I collect my tickets during the event day at the event venue?
  You can print out the e-tickets at home before making your way to Singapore. As we are using e-tickets, there will be no ticket collection counters setup at the venue.
• Can "I Love Anisong" Concert tickets help me gain entry to the exhibition and/or stage?
  Only purchasing the VIP and Standard I Love Anisong tickets entitles you to Exhibition+Stage Access ticket(s). These tickets come in the form of a wristband and are to be worn at all times. Entitlements depend on the type of ticket(s) purchased. These tickets can only be redeemed at the venue.
• Can I get a refund or exchange my tickets?
  Please note that no refunds will be entertained under any circumstances. Once the transaction has been paid for and your e-tickets are e-mailed to you, no refunds, no cancellations or exchanges will be entertained. Please ensure that the number of tickets you wish to purchase is correct before finalizing the transaction.
  
  Tickets are not transferable and may not be resold, nor redistributed or used for any commercial or marketing event, activity, promotion or purpose, without the prior written consent of SOZO and eventCliQue. All rights reserved to cancel any Tickets that have been transferred or resold or redistributed or otherwise used without the prior written consent of SOZO, and to deny any such Ticket Holder entry.
• Note that all prices mentioned in the FAQ and the AFA13 website are in Singapore dollars.
