Suddenly, on the open seas, a piercing sound resounded, and a body of a Self Defense Forces personnel was found, missing a left hand. Conan sets out to search for the answer, getting mixed up in trying to identify the spy 'X' from a certain country. Conan and his friends must also avoid being caught by the devilish hands of the spy.
