T.M.Revolution

In 1996, Takanori Nishikawa debuted as a solo project, T.M.Revolution with the single "Dokusai –monopolize-". Since then he has released many chart topping hits like "HEART OF SWORD", "HIGH PRESSURE", "WHITE BREATH", "HOT LIMIT", "INVOKE", "IGNITED", "vestige" and more. In addition to his singing career, he is also a voice actor and participates in a variety of TV shows.

With the success of T.M.Revolution's overseas activities garnering him a sizable global fan base, he has since released an album internationally, held various concerts and made appearances in the United States since 2003. One of his notable outings include last year's "Anime Festival Asia 2012", held at the Singapore Expo, in which he left the audience awestruck with a stunning performance.

Coming this September 2013, T.M.Revolution will be participating in "Anime Festival Asia Indonesia 2013" as a special guest! Don't miss this chance to meet this captivating performer!


Emi Nitta

Special Guest Seiyuu


Hailing from Nagano Prefecture, Emi Nitta was signed by management company S Inc. after passing their new talent search auditions in 2009. She is most well known for voicing the character Honoka Kosaka for the anime "Love Live! School Idol Project". She also provides the singing voice for Honoka for all music from the Love Live! series, including those released under the unit µ's as well as the sub-unit Printemps. She also has voicing roles in other anime such as Da Capo III and Kyoukai Senjou no Horizon. Outside of anime, she has voicing roles in several PC and Playstation games, sometimes providing her voice to the music to the games.

Apart from singing and voicing, she is also a regular participant in Love Live!'s live show that is broadcasted on Nico Nico Douga, along with the other members of µ's. In the near future, theLove Live! series will continue to expand, with a second season of the anime and a game the Playstation Vita currently in production. She will be performing as part of µ's at their concert at Saitama Super Arena in 2014.

Rules for Competition
  1. The cosplay submitted must be of the character Haruhi Suzumiya, from official sources. A reference, from the original media, of the costume must be submitted as well. References from fan art and original derivatives will not be accepted.
  2. All contestants must submit at least three photos of themselves in their Haruhi Suzumiya costume.
  3. Three finalists will be picked to be judged during the stage segment. These finalists will be contacted after the closing date with more details.
  4. The closing date of the contest is 31th August 2013 , 11.59pm (JKT time).

Born in the UK and currently based in Tokyo, Danny Choo is the producer of the Culture Japan brand which makes Japanese culture more accessible to the world through a series of terrestrial TV shows, characters, products and events. The TV shows include Culture Japan and Japan Mode.

Danny has been recognized for his work by the Japanese government and was appointed as a member of their Creative Industries Internationalization Committee. Danny is also the creator and producer of Mirai Suenaga - the mascot character for Culture Japan who has made appearances in Japanese games, anime and has collaborated with companies such as Air Asia, Touch 'n Go, Kinokuniya, Good Smile Company, Bushiroad, Ascii Media Works, King Records, Nitroplus and more.

Celebrity cosplayer KANAME☆ will welcome his wave of fans and visitors alike with his amazing cosplays. From Cloud of "Final Fantasy VII Advent Children" to Ichigo of "Bleach" and Portgas D.Ace of "One Piece", KANAME☆ continues to wow with his high level of quality and realism in his cosplays. KANAME☆ is currently the cosplay Ambassador for Anime Festival Asia, gracing AFA09, AFAX, AFA11, AFAMY, AFAID and AFA12.

Known for his GARO, The Skullman, Robocop and Ironman cosplays, Richfield made his first international debut on the AFA 2010 stage during ARCC, representing Indonesia and coming in second. Richfield is a well-known cosplayer in Indonesia who has been in the scene since 2007. He will be the local cosplay ambassador for AFA Indonesia 2013.

Stella Lee is a blogger from Jakarta where she shares about her passion toward Japanese fashion, beauty, and culture on her online diary. She is the winner of the Best Fashion & Beauty Blog in 2012 ver. AXIS Blog Award, as well as the representative of Indonesia for NHK Kawaii International, making her the Indonesia Kawaii Leader.

She has done runway for Harajuku Kawaii Matsuri in Tokyo, where big artists such as T.M.Revolution, Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, and SCANDAL appeared as well.
