Profile:

Reiko is a Japanese/English bilingual event emcee based in Singapore. Born in Yokohama, a large port city that lies on Tokyo Bay, she grew up with J-Anime, J-Drama, J-Pop and J-Rock that flooded her surroundings.

At the age of 8, Reiko moved over to Singapore with her family and has since traveled to and fro between Singapore and Tokyo, taking in the charms of both countries. In 2007, she was scouted to host a J-Pop radio programme at a local radio station, which made her break into the industry.

Reiko is super excited to be a part of AFA 2015 to deliver to the audience an array of supreme stage programmes along with her fellow co-hosts. This vivacious, impassionate soul is so looking forward to experience the ‘AFA moment’ together with all the Japanese pop culture fanatics out there!
