- Note that all prices mentioned in the FAQ and the C3AFA Singapore 2019 website are in Singapore dollar currency.
- All overseas visitors may purchase concert their tickets through the ticketing agent’s website.
- Concert tickets purchased online can be received as an E-Voucher to your registered e-mail, or physical tickets that can be picked up from selected outlets or delivery to Singapore addresses only.
- Show or print the e-voucher or physical ticket to redeem the wristband as entry access.
- After redemption, please keep the wristband in your possession.
- There will be no exchange from Organizer if the wristband is lost or damaged.
- Please be careful when you tie the wristband, because the wristband will be locked in your first try. The tied wristband CANNOT be untied unless cut.
- All wristbands are to worn before entry into the exhibition area, stage area or concert area. Entry will be refused if wristbands are not worn before entry. Entry will also be refused if wristbands are worn loosely and can be slipped off easily.

Can I get a refund or exchange my tickets?
Tickets are not transferable and may not be resold, nor redistributed or used for any commercial or marketing event, activity, promotion or purpose, without the prior written consent of SOZO and the ticketing agent. All rights reserved to cancel any Tickets that have been transferred, resold or redistributed or otherwise used without the prior written consent of SOZO, and to deny any such Ticket Holder entry.
How long is the concert?
May I know the performance order of a certain artiste?
Are there any photo opportunities with the artistes?
Can I pass gifts to the artiste?
I would like to send a flower stand display, how can I do so?
You can send the flower stands to Hall 406 on Friday onwards. Please note that AFA will not sign for the stands and the sender must send a representative to receive it, if the delivery requires it. AFA reserves the right to reject any stands larger than 200cm (height) by 60cm (width) by 60cm (depth) and reject or remove stands if they interfere with the running of the event. Clearing of the stands is on the onus of the sender and must be removed on the day of their performance, e.g. if the artiste is performing on Friday, the stand must be removed by the end of the concert on the Friday.

How can I buy I Love Anisong concert tickets before the event?

Visit the link to purchase tickets online.
- Please do not hog seats or open multiple browsers to add seats to your cart. You only have 8-minutes time out period to complete a transaction. By opening multiple windows, you might lose your initial seats to other buyers.
- Please note that your allocated seats will only be made known after payment has been processed and confirmed.
You will not be able to remove individual seats from your cart. The entire cart has to be emptied. You may not get the same seats back when adding new seats to your cart. - You must be logged into your account to make a purchase. You will have to register an account on the AFA ticketing website powered by APACTix in order to make a purchase. Please create an account before you make your purchase. This account is separate from other APACTix website accounts and cannot be used to purchase tickets for other APACTix ticketed events and vice versa.
- If you have an account used for purchasing AFASG tickets in 2016 on the AFA ticketing website powered by APACTix, you may use back the same account and do not need to create another account.

How can I collect my I Love Anisong Concert ticket(s) if I purchased them online?
- Print-At-Home (PAH) is free of charge. Immediate delivery of your tickets to your email address for you to print at home. Fast, easy and free!
- Outlet Pickup is $0.50 per order. Tickets can be collected from the Scotts Square outlet prior to event day. Please bring your credit card used for the transaction along with a photo ID that matches the name on your credit card and your booking confirmation email.
- Venue Collection is $1.50 per order. Tickets can be collected from the counter located outside Hall 404, Level 4 of Suntec Convention and Exhibition Centre on the day of the event. Please bring your credit card used for the transaction along with a photo ID that matches the name on your credit card and your booking confirmation email.
- Mail is $1.50 per order to Singapore addresses only.
- Registered Mail is $3 per order to Singapore addresses only.
- Courier is $15 per order to Singapore addresses only. As tickets will be delivered during office hours, please ensure you provide a day time address where someone is available to sign for the delivery.
What if I have lost my Print-at-Home Ticket(s) or suspect that my e-mail has been compromised?

I have booked I Love Anisong concert ticket(s) outside of the country, can I collect my tickets during the event day at the event venue?
You may select Print-At-Home (PAH) as the delivery option. This is the fastest and most convenient way to receive your tickets. It is an electronic ticket that is sent to you via email as a PDF attachment. Each ticket contains a unique barcode that can only be scanned at the venue once. Please ensure you print all pages of each attachment if you buy more than one ticket at a time.
Alternatively, you may opt for Venue Collection. Tickets can be collected from the counter located within Suntec Convention and Exhibition Centre on the day of the event. Please bring your credit card used for the transaction along with a photo ID that matches the name on your credit card and your booking confirmation email.

How do I enter the event with my tickets?
Where will the collection point for my wristbands and light stick at the venue be and what are the opening hours?
The collection point will be located outside within Suntec Convention and Exhibition Centre. Date and time will be announced at a later date.
Do I need to show anything to redeem the wristbands and lightsticks?
For e-tickets, all collections must be made by the account holder who bought the tickets. In the event that the account holder cannot make the collection, the person collecting on behalf of the account holder must be present a photocopy of account holder’s photo ID and a letter of authorization. Please note the items needed for proxy collection. Please click here to download the form!
Please note the minimum size for the printout of Print-at-Home (PAH) ticket is A4. No printing services or PAH ticket retrieval services will be available at the venue.
