Yes, the CAT 1 SEATED $198 / DAY ticket package will no longer be available if the 3-DAY VIP (CAT 1) SEATED ticket packages sell out.

3-DAY VIP ticket holders can enjoy first dibs for the best views during the exclusive ticketing period starting 20th September 2023, 12:00PM (Singapore Time).

Each person can buy up to 10 tickets per transaction.

Ticketmaster charges a standard booking fee to facilitate the processing of your ticket/item order and to cover any administrative costs associated with each ticket sale.

The “AFA x I LOVE ANISONG”, “AFA x hololive Meet”, and “AFA x SACRA MUSIC FES.” concerts are based on assigned reserved seating, divided into CAT 1, CAT 2 and CAT 3 tiers. Row and seat numbers will be stated on the tickets and/or the Ticket Purchase Confirmation e-mail that will be sent to your registered e-mail address.

All seats are system allocated Best Available, you will not be able to select your own seats. Seats will be automatically assigned to you and made known after successful payment.

Please note that no refunds will be entertained under any circumstances. Once the transaction is completed successfully, no refunds, cancellations or exchanges will be entertained. Please ensure that the number of tickets you wish to purchase is correct before making payment.

Tickets are not transferable and may not be resold, nor redistributed or used for any commercial or marketing event, activity, promotion or purpose, without the prior written consent of SOZO and the ticketing agent. All rights reserved to cancel any Tickets that have been transferred, resold or redistributed or otherwise used without the prior written consent of SOZO, and to deny any such Ticket Holder entry.

SOZO and the ticketing agent do not endorse any third party proxy ticket buying services nor provide customer service for ticket holders who availed of such services.

We are unable to reveal the performance order of the program.

There are no photo opportunities with the artistes.

You can try passing the gift to the artiste during their autograph session (excluding AFA x hololive Meet on Saturday). However, whether they choose to accept is up to each artiste. Schedules for autograph sessions will be announced at a later date.

Ticket sales will continue until they are sold out.

It is an electronic ticket that will be made available in your Ticketmaster account. Each ticket contains a unique barcode that can only be scanned at the venue once. Please ensure you download the PDF or print all pages of each attachment if you buy more than one ticket at a time. Alternatively, you may present the e-ticket/s in your Ticketmaster account directly on your mobile devices. Do note that screenshot/s or photo/s of ticket/s are not accepted.

An E-ticket would be required for the redemption of each event Wristband.

A ballot application form will be posted on our website and social media at a later date. Results will be announced on our website and social media once they are ready.

Each night’s program will last approximately three hours per day, subjected to the organizers’ discretion.

All recording devices, inclusive of sound and visuals, are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove those caught doing so from the hall without refund.

As a general rule, you may only stand where your seat is. Leaving your seat to stand at another location, e.g. an empty seat, the aisle, etc, is not allowed at any time during the concert. Persons who are found leaving their seats and standing at another location will be asked to return to their seats.

Repeat offenders will be removed from the concert.
