Born in Tokyo, 1975

The Winner of The 49th Galaxy DJ Personality Award for his radio program “Myu~Comi+Plus”.

Making use of his deep knowledge of Anime, Comics, Idols and Rakugo, he serves as MC at more than 50 Anime events yearly.

Since he is able to conduct interviews with more than 100 anime seiyuus (voice cast) and creators through his work, Yoshida feels that he is the happiest anime fan.

On top of everything, he also organizes Anisong DJ events.

Reiko

Reiko is a Japanese/English bilingual event emcee based in Singapore. Born in Yokohama, a large port city that lies on Tokyo Bay, she grew up with J-Anime, J-Drama, J-Pop and J-Rock that flooded her surroundings.

At the age of 8, Reiko moved over to Singapore with her family and has since traveled to and fro between Singapore and Tokyo, taking in the charms of both countries. In 2007, she was scouted to host a J-Pop radio programme at a local radio station, which made her break into the industry.

Reiko is super excited to be a part of AFA 2016 to deliver to the audience an array of supreme stage programmes along with her fellow co-hosts. This vivacious, impassionate soul is so looking forward to experience the ‘AFA moment’ together with all the Japanese pop culture fanatics out there!
